Room spacious. Excellent space. Quiet , probably quieter in all of Arbois in November. Owner most helpful and friendly. Lots of quaint decor n interesting decorative things around.can see recent renovation. Couldn’t fault anything except having to bring luggage up to our first floor accommodation. No lift. Plenty of roadside parking. Local eateries good. French contemporary restaurant. Local pizza, kebab places . Will stay here if in the area again. Will stay

this is a charming old building near the village center, but really only two star quality. We arrived at 2030 right after check-in time, and there was no clerk no staff in sight. We waited 10 minutes, then walked around the town. When we return, the receptionist was very accommodating. She made us some reservations for dinner and lunch the next day. The room was two flights of stairs with no elevator. The hallway was not clean, with cleaning carts and supplies stacked in the hallway. No coffee or shower soaps. The air conditioner was very difficult to operate and stopped running in the middle of the night. next morning we were running late because we didn’t sleep well. Checkout was 1100. At 11:10 and 1120 we got impatient phone calls from reception. Even though there was no cleaning staff on the floor. we checked out at 11:25 and again we’re lectured by the receptionist. I asked her to cancel our lunch reservation because we were not hungry. She said that is not very considerate. All at all, the experience left us upset and unhappy.

Listed building so a little querky. No aircon but roof fan worked well, and quiet. Location 2 minute walk from town centre. Parking right beside hotel and safe. But above all the staff where extremely helpful 😀

Very quaint but well-maintained hotel in a lovely town. The staff was very friendly and it was a great location at a great price. Would stay again.

The town of Arbois is beautiful and the Hotel is right in the center of it. Easy access to the countryside and other nearby villages in the Jura too. Plenty of great options for eating and drinking within a short walking distance. The managers and staff are super nice and knowledgable.

It was a stopping point enroute to Méribel and was the well needed and well timed location.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms and common areas are clean and charming. Great breakfast. Great location. Will definitely be back!

Lovely rustic hotel in center of the small town and close to some great wine shops

Exceptionally hot room even with window open and fan on. Came back to hotel at 9pm. No staff no bar open

Overnight stay on way to UK from Italy. Room was comfortable and clean without any frills. Unfortunately breakfast not included (although was when booking was made!). Better off booking direct with hotel. Lovely meal in the restaurant (Brasserie) across the street on the corner( sorry forgot name) with friendly staff. Nice little town would recommend.

This is a gem in a tiny French town that I am so glad we stumbled upon. While they do not offer an elevator nor air conditioning, they were not missed for the warm hospitality and welcome we received. They were kind enough to provide us with fans in each room, and the town is so lovely that we could leave our windows open at night and sleep quite comfortably. the tiny wine bar on the ground floor offered some fun wines and a place to watch the world cup with some fun locals. they also have a fabulous outdoor seating area to sip wine and watch the world go by.

Séjour très bien dans cet établissement. La chambre était grande, décorée avec soin, très calme et avec toutes les commodités. Le petit déjeuner bien, copieux et varié. Et surtout un accueil très chaleureux et de très bon conseils. Je recommande vivement cet établissement

Hôtel bien placé en plein centre ville d’Arbois. Personnel fort sympathique. Café à volonté en dehors des heures du petit déjeuner. Très belle chambre. Si un jour nous revenons à Arbois il est fort probable que nous reviendrons dans cet établissement.
