The staff were incredibly helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was super and had everything anyone would want. The location was excellent to get to places. The room service was impeccable.

Amazingly kind staff and such a welcoming hotel with a clean room and beautiful ocean view! The only downside is the bathroom very hard to use unfortunately it was half glass blocked and tub was slippery so we had to use the bath chair to secure when taking a shower. Other than that we love to come back and stay!!

Room was great and we loved sitting on the balcony. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Breakfast was excellent. Fairly easy to get to train and bus, and Uber was easy. Lots of good restaurants all around. Very relaxing stay. Parking is the only wild card. The lot across from the hotel is very accessible and has plenty of spots. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon it was chaos, but spaces were available. We loved our stay

Amazing location! Easy access to the train and restaurants. The service was incredible. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. We stayed 3 nights, and every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with top notch service.

Excellent location and the town had plenty of interesting shops and restaurants.

Fabulous stay! This is the hotel you want to be to relax in the evenings and start your morning with a sunrise on the water.

The location is magic. The cleanliness is excellent. The staff are indifferent with booking details, and the service in the bar is tardy but overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Great, walkable location with ocean front rooms. Friendly staff. Connected restaurant/bar. Very close to the Villefranche train station. Only downsides - the air conditioning in the room was weak and it was a little noisy at night since the location is so central

Welcome Hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the water with incredible views. Terrific restaurants are just a few steps away as is shopping. Easy rideshare or taxi access to the area. Front desk staff was fantastic as were the other staff. We had a problem with the shower drain and they were immediately on it and solved it. Rooms can be a little funky, but that's part of the boutique charm. Our room was spacious (by European standards) and the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular, especially at moonrise. I would highly recommend Welcome Hotel. 5 stars without doubt.

This is a good hotel with very well trained courteous staff. The seafront location us attractive and convenient to appreciate Villefranche. There us no swimming pool at the hotel and the beach facilities in Villefranche are limited.
