The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. Map apps and a GPS do not recognize the exact location of the cottage. It took us a long time to find the cottage. Sykes Cottages list the cottage to have a washer (there is none ) and a king size bed, it is a queen. Communication with Sykes Cottages is very poor, they don’t answer the phone number as listed on their website and email response takes forever. You need car to stay here. Expedia and Sykes Cottages, please correct the details of this property and provide a description of how to access the property with distances to road markers.
