A lovely welcoming hotel. Friendly staff, good food and a very comfortable room. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay, very helpful staff.

This was a lovely well maintained pub with accommodation above in a quiet village . Our room was clean but extremely hot. There were no hangers or wardrobe which was a little disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Sadly the dinner was very disappointing, they could not cook salmon or risotto and it was over priced, I guess it was a different chef. There was however a very nice restaurant in the village The Dairy, I would definitely eat there again.

Only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and fantastic shower. Bar and restaurant cozy and lovely outdoor area to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. Staff without exception were chwerful,efficient and friendly. The White Horse was everything I had hiped it would be 5*

Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is completely dog friendly and the staff regularly put bowls of water out. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very big and comfortable and the food is amazing. We checked out on the Sunday and booked in for the Sunday roast which didn’t disappoint. We are already looking to hook up again in the next few months

Beautiful Hotel, we stayed for 2 nights, arrived on a Sunday, room was very clean and bed was so.comfortable,.. we had Sunday lunch and it was amazing as was the breakfast on both mornings, Staff are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Parking is excellent.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Pub/Restaurant is lovely, rooms are very nice and the staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and dinner was superb. Lots of parking and area is nice and peaceful so slept well. Very dog friendly in all areas. Would definitely return.

The standards seem very high , food excellent, bed comfy, which is why it seemed odd that our bathroom kept smelling of cigarettes even though neither of us smoke??

Our room was spotless. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Every staff member was happy, courteous and made sure we were well looked after. The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing, cannot recommend enough. We’ll definitely be back.

Very helpful front desk staff. She sorted out the issues I had with my booking exceptionally. Very generous and well prepared breakfast too. I will definitely use the hotel whenever my job takes me to ashford again.
