Very quiet and peaceful. Room was quite rustic and lacked any sort of table so we brought in a patio chair for a surface. AC worked well (temps over 100). Excellent location. Bring your own food as options close early (by 6pm) or plan to drive 11 miles to another ranch. Room had fridge and microwave. Loved the quaint village setting with the retro open air arcade. Lots of bunnies and lizards added to the quaintness. Staff at West Rim are so kind and helpful!

It was great having 2 rooms for family, a large deck, and front door parking. The proximity to the Grand Canyon was great. There were very limited options for food and walking areas for dogs that didn't contain sticker bushes - even a fake grass pad would be helpful. Smoking should NOT be allowed on the property at all - the cabin next to our was smoking on the deck and we had to deal with it. A king bed would be helpful in one room for a couple to sleep easier together.

The photos of the cabin layout and the amenities at the resort were misleading. The cabin, while spotless and in nice condition, was a duplex and small for a family of three. The front desk while nice were not helpful. They didn’t know basic concierge things like times when the shops were open or how long the zip line across from there office would take to complete. Also they didn’t tell us about the all access pass and the young man said it had just changed and knew nothing useful about it which was frustrating. Make sure to research the access pass and how to use it before you get there. Plus all the shops in the hailiali village close at 5:30 so if you’re not there in time you won’t see anything or have food - everything was always closed during the week except the restaurant. The restaurant and its staff were really nice and helpful. While it’s location was near the canyon, it’s far from anywhere else and takes at least 15 minutes to get to the next resort/ranch with food. It was an awesome view to wake up to and the trails were nice, I just wish I would’ve known more of what to expect and not been misled by the photos and details on the app.

We were here to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary. We had 5 cabins since we had a large group. We had the best time. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and accomodating. We had read reviews about limited food access in the evening, and picked up food in the afternoon so we were prepared and there were no issues. They have a microwave and fridge for your food. The place is breathtaking. There were stars in the sky at night and a fiery moon. We had the most incredible time and would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay. It was easy to find if you enter the correct address into the GPS. Ziplining was a lot of fun too. We had a large group and our stay here was the most memorable part of our trip.

Absolutely loved this place! The cabins offer one of the best views of the Grand Canyon – truly breathtaking and peaceful. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. The only downside is that dining options close early (by 5 PM), so be prepared to drive about 30 miles for food after that. Other than that, it’s the perfect stay – cozy, scenic, and peaceful. Highly recommend for a unique canyon experience!

Front desk clerk was great. Cannot depend on google maps to get you there had to stop and ask . I know thats not there fault but it was way off. Clean cabin. The restaurant was good as well. The ticket situation for everything can be confusing though

This cabin is very close to the Grand Canyon skywalk - which is a bit out of the way. I enjoyed the rustic cabins and the canyon views. It had air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. However, there is only one restaurant nearby that closes early, so plan for that.

Went to check in and was told we had to buy $91.00 access for skywalk and cheesy 50 second zipline. 1 ticket included with stay and $182 for 2 of us. I told her we did not want the tickets and just want to enjoy the area. Clerk said purchase is mandatory or we have to leave the property as this is an Indian reservation and it is explained on their website. It is not on the website so that was a lie. I asked why we can't just stay as the room is paid for with no refund available. She again told us we have to leave or buy the tickets. I bought the tickets but this should be upfront on the website. So we loose $155 for one nights stay or pay$182 to keep our room. Bait and switch pure and simple.
