I highly recommend this hotel. The location is good and the hotel room are clean and comfy. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Though there’s no elevator and so happen to have a mid size luggage, their staffs help right away to get my luggage up to the 3rd floor without delay! I will definitely go back this same hotel if I am back to Kathmandu again!

This is the best hotel in Katmamdu. The staff are amazing and the hotel is so beautiful. I was travelling with my sister and it was her birthday the day we checked in. The front staff knocked on our door with balloons and a birthday cake for her. So wonderful. The breakfast is made fresh to order (not a buffet) with wonderful choice. We would stay there again.

Good BK, and location is good. A lot of restaurants and shops next to the hotel.

This hotel was a calm, beautiful, hidden gem inside a bustling city ! The staff were so kind and helpful. The property and room were very clean. The ambiance felt more like a home than a hotel; I loved the “boutique” feel. Thanks for having me!

Very nice small hotel with lots of cultural decorative details. Beds were lovely, breakfast was tasty, and staff were very kind and helpful. There is an entrance courtyard with both outside and covered areas for sitting, and this is where breakfast is served. We stayed at the hotel both before and after our Himalayan trek, and staff remembered us. We had to adjust some dates for the second stay, and they alloyed it no problem. They also stored oit luggage.

Overall the hotel is very good. But it needs to add more chairs or small table in the room.

Stayed at the Heritage Room. Large and spacious. Nice view of the courtyard. Everything is within distance. Staff are polite and attentive.

Helpful staff. Conveniently located. Breakfast choices are limited but cooked to order. If mobility is a problem lower floors have less stairs to climb. No elevator

The courtyard was beautiful and so well maintained and staffed. Loved cappuccinos with the made to order breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay here.

This hotel is just absolutely excellent, I stay in hotels for 90plus nights a year and this without doubt has the nicest and most helpful staff you will ever find. Communication was great before we even arrived and the owner is really helpful with tips on where to eat and shop locally. The hotel is an absolutely charming building and has a wonderful courtyard which is a haven of tranquility when you return from a busy day. It is however nice and central so you are right near so many good restaurants and shops; the perfect location. The beds are comfortable, the water is hot, the WiFi is really fast (I was able to stream a live rugby match in HD over VPN to the UK with no buffering) and the breakfast….. oh the breakfast! Sat in the lovely courtyard eating freshly prepared local bread with masala potato filling or the muesli with fresh fruit and wonderful yoghurt or any of their options is simply a gorgeous start to the day. We have fallen in love with Nepal and hope to return and will definitely be staying here again.

Central and walkable to major attractions. Super helpful staff Manager responds to you from the very first to offer any help including economic airport greeting. Staff arranged taxi for airport and distant attraction- super friendly front staff & made to order breakfast with garden seating

Room is with generous size, well decorated. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They all come with smiles and sincere gesture. The atmosphere is real cozzy and gave you a relaxed stay.

Stayed here for a week and had no complaints! Lovely decorated hotel with lots of natural light in the room. It has a heater/air con and good hot water. Staff are lovely and so helpful. They even helped me wrap a sari one day. Breakfasts were great. It’s on the edge of Thamel far of a walk. My only issue an it is not just this hotel but there is no option to refill water bottles. They and others give you two big bottles per day which is horrible for the environment. Wish this hotel and others would take the lead and do better around this. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel.

Was very excited to stay at the property due to it's history and heritage. It has a lovely courtyard and is decorated nicely throughout. The messages from the owner before and during stay were a nice tough - I do wish the same kind of conversation and care could have flowed from reception staff though. Lastly the value for money is outstanding. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was just a bit too basic to be comfortable for us - would spend a little more next time just for that and to have a quieter room at night (had to wear ear plugs from our previous hotel in India to drown out the street noises).
