The old lady there (i think shes the owner) was rude, staff forgot to make my food after i ordered it and hour ago, when i asked them they were all just blaming each other in front of me, not apologising, no sorry, just asking me to wait and they will cook it. I was so confused as they were probably arguing for a good 6 minutes in front of me instead of apologising and cooking the food straight away. For the room itself, the second i opened the door the room smells like a toilet.

Good road access, quiet atmosphere, suitable for resting, not suitable for work because there are no work desk facilities in the room.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the water is clean, the bathroom is clean, comfortable, you can also rent a motorbike here, if you go to Bajo, I recommend staying here!

The location is not too far from the city center, the place is good, clean, and tidy. The facilities make it comfortable, the room size is not very large, but it is just right. The room movement is quite limited, but still okay.

The atmosphere, service, and rooms are very good. The only thing missing is the lack of an iPhone and hot water for showering.

I came here at 12 o'clock and was sick, even though check in was supposed to be at 2 o'clock. The staff was very understanding, we went straight in even though it wasn't even 2 o'clock yet. The best. I'll definitely come here again.

The place is nice, the facilities in the room are really good, the staff are friendly, we didn't get any food but the hotel sells fried rice and others so we can buy them and have them delivered to the room again. Overall, it's really great, if we want to go to Labuan Bajo again, we want to stay here again.
