Every single staff member was not just helpful, but friendly. It is in a very nice neighborhood and half the price of equivalent hotels. I plan to return to Mexico City to continue my work there and hope I can book the same room again.

Had an amazing stay at Santa Casa in Roma Norte. The location was incredibly walkable with great cafes, restaurants, and shops all just steps away. The staff was also extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure everything was taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is well located, close to everything. Roma Norte has an unique charm and this property reflects it.

I had a very pleasant stay at Santa Casa by Tasman. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt warm, friendly, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the garden area, where complimentary coffee and tea were a great touch. The location is fantastic—close to everything in Roma Norte. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Such a lovely hotel full of charm on an amazing street. Adolfo the hotel manager was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and the cleaning staff always so cheerful and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Lovely clean rooms. Helpful staff referred me to local restaurants and history. This place is a sanctuary of peace in the beautiful chaos that Mexico City is.

We had a slight issue with our room the 2nd night of our stay. We felt that the staff handled this issue very well and were extremely kind. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great location. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. The coffee in the lobby area and the court yard to hang out in are big pluses as well. Would love to stay here again in the future.

In a great and safe location. Was iffy about Roma, but so many places are walking distance or a short ride away. The hotel was clean and as shown in the pics. Would stay again. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because there is a big street light right outside of the hotel. Unfortunately, with the blinds the hotel currently has, the light still comes thru. Overall great place and location.

I literally paid good money to pick up my own toilet bowl lid and mess with the mechanism in order to flush the toilet for 2 of the 3 nights there !!! The sink was not clean and the handle was suspiciously damp when I checked in. There is no heater and the nights were in the 50's .Their sister hotel which is more upscale offers massages where I discovered a flithy bolster being used under my legs. No attempt to compensate for any of this - it was a major disappointment even though the management was pleasant. Looks are deceiving -bummer

The location was perfect and in walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. I stayed in a room overlooking the street and honestly the street noise wasn't unbearable; I did hear a lot of noise coming from inside the hotel too. They do provide earplugs and a sound machine, which was helpful. The room was clean and airy, but I also went in December when the weather was chillier at night. If anything, I would've wanted a heater at night. They did have fans in the room for when it's warmer, I'm guessing. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind when packing or for accessibility reasons. The staff were really nice and helpful though.

Room met all the minimal needs for a weekend, solo trip stay. Location was fantastic, easy walkable area with tons of coffee shops and restaurants. Atmosphere was a little loud which wasn’t a big issue for me considering I can sleep through it all but definitely something to consider. My 3 star rating roots from the lack of attention from the owner/general manager…I ran into an issue with my safe which I could not access. Inside it was a ticket to an event I was going to that night. Unfortunately no one could help me until about an hour and a half after I reported this issue. Due to this issue and no one in charge being around I was 30-40 min late to my event and they sure did not care. In fact it took me 12 phone calls until someone picked up the phone….No attentiveness, absolutely no sense of urgency, zero respect, and a high lack of communication between host/guest. I made a report and have yet to have anyone reach out to me… Clearly this business does not care for returning customers. Save your money, and rather support businesses that care. If you’re looking for a mediocre stay, this is your spot

The room was very nice and clean. Having the room with the street view can be noisy but we really didn’t mind it. The breeze felt amazing during this time of year. Very accommodating staff, we were very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars.

Room was spotless, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and spoke fluent English.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a great walkable location and an extremely friendly and accommodating staff. 10/10 would recommend this to anybody looking for lodging in CDMX or Roma more specifically.
