Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Getting on the Internet is an issue and on check out I was told this is always spoken about but easy to do when you know how. Maybe tell people how to when you check In.

You should not have to pay for parking

The hotel was alright but charging nearly a tenner to park in their own car park is a joke. Good breakfast albeit another £30. Had to spend nearly the room cost again to park and eat. Could have got somewhere much nicer if I wanted to spend over £100 and eaten and parked for free. Wouldn't come again

We had an enjoyable stay.All aspects very pleasing - especially the Indian food dishes which we ordered. Breakfasts very good too. We had a well-appointed room, spacious and suitable for my disabled wife. My only criticism is about policy of only servicing rooms when asked for; regular daily servicing means any problems are seen and can be dealt with sooner rather than later. Care for environment can be seen to by asking simply for thoughtful use of towels - avoid unnecessary washing. Thank you.

Dirty room. Faulty towel rail. Hairs in bed. Dirty gym and swimming pool. Would I stay again? No

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to my autistic grandson having a meltdown. The staff were very professional and kind in handling the situation

I couldn't fault this stay (aside from paying 8 pounds for parking on top of the room). The room was good value for money, excellently appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely modern bathroom. It was also very quiet in spite of being near to a main road. The hotel has a modern feel and feels fresh and bright. The staff were superb - all very friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to Holly who was exceedingly warm, kind and helpful. The pool and gym were great - pool was warm, not busy, lovely to do laps in, and the gym was quiet. Really great short break from London and I look forward to coming back again.

Great staff, large room, nice bathroom, pool great, easy to park. Breakfast OK pretty standard. Kids loved the pancake machine! More choice of eggs would be good. Booked executive family king. Beds comfy but are not king size. Expected a little more in room for going the extra cost such as coffee machine. Got a couple of chocolate bars though! Would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel to stay at, catered for all - I would say the air con was a little 'meh' and the doors are a bit noisy in the morning as they do not soft close but the other plus's outweigh that - would recommend!!

Paid parking seems like an overkill

Really great room Lovely pool Breakfast good but would’ve liked a choice of eggs Now the negative why oh why do hotel guests have to pay for parking? It’s a big car park and isn’t near city centre or anywhere that would make lots of non residents want to park there. If you’re using the pool or leisure facilities then you’re able to park for free but hotel guests are charged £8 per night. I have researched lots of other Marriott hotels across the country and even some of the city centre ones offer free parking to their guests. I think it’s a very poor decision to charge your hotel guests to park.

Hotel was nice, food lovely and staff were helpful.

Nice clean room, bathroom was above average, breakfast was below average but the evening meal was way above average well cooked, i went for a meal on the Indian menu.

No water to purchase, gym staff were rude, room was lovely, communal areas look tired

Hotel was nice and modern, good amenities, plenty of parking and bedroom was spacious and good bathroom. The gym was ok but very dirty, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I went in both days of my stay and I don’t think the floors were cleaned once.
