Nice hotel staff, clean room, breakfast 👍🏻

The hotel is very clean and nice, and it's a very comfortable stay. It's just a shame that bathroom necessities like toothbrushes, shower caps, and so on are only provided once upon check-in, so if you're staying for several days, you won't be provided with more.

It was a very pleasant stay, making it very memorable, and we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I appreciated the amenities provided and felt the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing from the moment we alighted from the transport till the end of our stay. Daniel was incredibly helpful to accommodate us with our requests, it really helps us a lot especially when we are traveling with our elderly parents. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is very nice, very clean, and the rooms are spacious. It's very comfortable to stay here. The location is also good, close to food stalls. The only downside is that bathroom supplies were provided on the first day. On the second day and beyond, bathroom supplies like shower caps, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs were no longer provided. So, if we wanted to use them at night, we had to ask. And there was no mineral water provided; tap water was fine.

I have no regrets staying here. Although the staff wasn't particularly friendly, the cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast were exceptional. Thank you.

Got a good deal for Noordin room which we like as it has additional kitchen that comes with microwave & kettle, mini fridge, basic kitchen utensils and the water dispenser (no need to boil) as they don't provide plastic bottles water. The breakfast can be pretty repetitive with some changes to menu ie types of soup for the soupy noodles, type of fries rice!/noodles with some basic vegetarian menu. There are some spelling errors on the food such as beef Beacon rather than bacon which needed to be rectify ;especially with VMY2026. As they are labelling themselves as Five Star hotel. In addition the lift highlights level six as sick and when I approached the Mr Jack at front office, he just laughed it off. Not sure worth mentioning that i requested for the bags to be in the room when I come back as room is not ready. I informed personally & then call them to remind them again.. There is no greetings of Good Morning or Happy New Year that makes you feel welcome. The soundproofing is also not good with drunkard people slamming doors in the middle of the night during New Year in the wee morning. (Front office verified). I note the loud closing door happened even in the not peak period. Like wise many hotels in the Five Star categories has issues when doors are closed and create the loud closing sound and affect light sleepers like me. Thirdly an incident in the gym where a boy of not more than 12 years old was singing loudly with the mother and brother looking unbothered even despite me trying to shhh the boy. The good: 1. The housekeeping staff is good, prompt and great in maintaining the cleanliness of the room and hotel. One of the concierge man has cheerful personality. The facilities ie toilet at lobby is clean. 2. The rate is good. 3. Some of the food at breakfast is quite good such as the prawn mee/bihun at soupy noodle section. Service was fast at the egg section. 4. The spiral floors leading to parking has sufficient space that don't intimidate.

The breakfast food wasn't very tasty, and the cleaning staff were unfriendly. Five stars, but unfortunately the taste was just so-so. The coffee wasn't very good. Thank you.

The new hotel opened in April 2025. There's a busy Chinese restaurant nearby. It's a 6-minute walk to 1st Avenue Mall. The rooms are nice and have a pantry, the AC is cool, and the bathroom is large and has a walk-in closet. Breakfast is a bit lacking, though plentiful but not very varied. Overall, it's good. I'd stay here again.

this fifth avenue hotel is new in Georgetown neighbour hood, surrouding have a lot of food and easy to access....

A very comfortable, clean, and luxurious hotel. Breakfast was also very varied, and there was even teh tarik (pulled tea) in the coffee machine. Overall, it was the best. I'll definitely be back to stay here again. 👍

This hotel is new, very clean, and spacious. The breakfast menu is also varied. It's just a shame the room amenities aren't complete. There's no drinking water provided. There is a tap, but we weren't used to it. Bathroom amenities aren't provided daily. Toothbrushes are only provided on the first day, and then we ask for them every day.

The hotel is new and very clean. Close to 1st Avenue. There are plenty of places to eat. It's not too far to walk to Lebuh Carnavon. Hopefully, the hotel will maintain its cleanliness. It was a very, very comfortable stay here.
