We didn't use the kitchen. But our room had a refrigerator, a microwave and a washer/dryer combo. Most hotels don't have a washer/dryer combo, that alone is a compelling reason for us to choose Beyond Residence. Plus there is so much cheap/good street food just outside of the hotel that there was no reason to cook at the room/hotel. In relation, we wished the washer was bigger as we had more clothes to wash but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Good location, many things to do in area

Room is fine as per description, good location and friendly staff. However just one day before we received an email about there is no elevator, and we need to climb up 3 level everyday with all our shoppings & luggage! Extra cautious if you are going for a shopping trip in Seoul.

Very good location in terms of public transport options. Close to many restaurants but quiet at the same time. Would be perfect if room is a tad larger. Good value for money.

Hi. Shawn, was very helpful. Bring out bags up to 4th floor. There is no lift. He shown us how to use Washing machine etc. Room very small. So is towel. Short walk to subway. Exit 3,6 and 8 with 3 lines. Lots of eating place. They also so nice walk us to show us where to take our airport bus to airport at exit 11, bus 6002 No cleaning of room, as only 4 days. Towel change just go down to reception. Bed very nice to sleep, only thing, aircon not cold...although night time about 10'c There is water cooler on 3rd floor, pantry at basement. Like to place overall. washing

It is located in a traditional old-timers neighborhood—but the hotel facilities are very clean and in-room equipments such as laundry machine and microwave are well thought out for the perpetual travelers like us! And, nice and kind night and morning managers! Thanks for your hospitality.

Enjoy my stay. Just wish I wasn’t woken up at odd hours of the nights from some of the guest staying there making noise.

観光などアクセス第一であれば立地は非常に良いです。周囲は夜かなり盛り上がっている場所なので、女性1人とかはお勧めできません。

Buen lugar para solo pasar la noche, habitación muy pequeña pero cómoda, camas un poco duras pero si llegas cansado ni lo notas Si no encuentras al personal presencialmente no responden wpp ni llamadas en ningún otro horario

위치 좋고 청결상태 좋고 조용하고 좋았습니다.

Me encantó su ubicación, varios sitios cerca a pie. Muchos lugares para comer cerca. Si quieres un lugar para dormir cómodo y tener básico en una ubicación está ecelente. La lavadora con secadora y la tarja para lavar trastes me encanto. Cocina equipada en sótano. Agua gratis en 3er piso. Lo malo es que no hay elevador.

Gode faciliteter og med mange muligheder for mad og indkøb i nærheden, mangler bare en elevator når man bor på 5.

施設は綺麗で静かです。部屋は狭いけど1週間ほど快適に過ごせました。テレビがなかったのが残念！

日本語の話せるスタッフさんがいて助かりました。 少し狭い部屋でしたが、シャワールームとトイレは部屋以外に共有のスペースにも便利でした。 ありがとうございました。

地下鉄5号線の駅から非常に近く、周辺は飲食店も多いエリアながら奥まった場所にあるため静かで、なにより部屋に洗濯機と電子レンジがあったのが便利であった。地下のスペースには、乾燥機もありました。長期滞在のビジネスマンには、コストパフォーマンスのよい宿だと思いました。

安い金額でしたが充実しているなと思いました。 シャワー室が衣服など置けるものがあると楽だなとも思いましたが、かけるとこあるしまあなんとかなるかというところでした。 水圧や温度はとても良かったです。洗濯機乾燥機が無料で使えるのもとても助かりました。

침대와 이불에 머리카락과 온갖 먼지로 정말 지저분했어요. 청소를 전혀 안하고 이불정리만 대충하시는듯. 출장이라 모든거 감안했지만 침대에 딴사람 머리카락은 정말 찝찝해서 추천드리고싶지않습니다.

장점: 위치 좋고 여행자를 위한 편의시설도 있음. 직원도 친절 단점
