The hotel manager is very friendly and kind, so it's comfortable here, only if there are two things that can be improved, first, the vehicle parking access because it feels like there is no parking, the motorbike is sunbathing. The staff is also good and friendly, the manager of this place is really good service and fast response, he responded to our every need. Only the person who delivered the food this morning didn't call, didn't say when the food had arrived, where I didn't see the person again, he came in like he was barging in without permission even though he brought food, the definition of coming without being picked up, leaving without being delivered, as a result, the cat ate it, I wanted to ask for a replacement but didn't dare because I'm an introvert so I threw away the part that I felt was licked and bitten by the cat and ate the rest. I also chatted with the manager, the manager's response was good enough to apologize, although honestly I was also waiting for the manager to give suggestions for a replacement food, but oh well, at least I got an apology from the manager. It was a really bad experience eating food that had been eaten by a cat.

So happy to get a pet friendly villa with a super spacious yard! The staff is friendly and provides all the needs during the stay. The most memorable 2 night stay for me and my family🤍 super recommended!
