It was really bad, I had just checked in and was about to lie down when suddenly there were cockroaches on the bed and floor.

Very disappointed. I only checked in at 2:00 AM and at 3:00 AM WIB, the water in two rooms wasn't working. I complained, but the response was slow. The other room had water running, but the water was salty and low.

The lights were out, the water was off, the mattress and pillows were dirty, the floor was slippery, and the door had no lock. I'd only been in for a few minutes and then left again, but I couldn't get a refund.

The AC blows out air like a fan, making the room incredibly hot. Don't even think about staying here; there are plenty of other hotels that are the same price but better.

Can't sleep because of the noise and the hot AC, the room is cramped and stuffy...

Not only is the location strategic, but the service is bad and cleanliness is not maintained.

The elevator was broken, the bedroom was dirty, the water for the toilet tasted brackish.

For a short layover, it's not bad for the price. However, in the future, amenities could be improved, such as blankets or towels. The room was clean and the area is close to food vendors. The hotel is easy to find, as it's located on the main road and in the city center. The staff were friendly and explained the hotel's facilities.

This is my second stay here, but I've had a bad experience. I've had to change rooms three times for various reasons: the AC didn't have a remote, the bathroom light was faulty, and the window wouldn't close. I booked for 5 days but only stayed for 3, and I couldn't stand it.

Sorry to say, bad service, dirty room, hot AC only blowing air, humid room like a sauna, at 2 pm I was sleeping suddenly the door was forced open by someone (I don't know if it was housekeeping or who) it was a mess.

The room wasn't great. The water was salty, there were no blankets, the AC wasn't working and wasn't cooling, and the bathroom door wouldn't close.

The room was very small, not matching the photos on the app, and dirty. I booked and paid for it two days in advance, but I canceled. I regret choosing this hotel.

The service was subpar, the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and salt water. There were no blankets, and the overhead light was stuffed with tissue. It was filthy.

Not as expected, different from the picture, the room was musty & smelly, the bed sheets were dirty, the pillow cases were dirty & not changed, there were no towels & no soap provided (which should have been provided according to the information). The staff service was less than satisfactory, really disappointing.

The staff are all friendly, it's just a little dirty and there are cockroaches, the water is salty. But I only stay on the beach. There are only towels for toiletries. So far it's okay for a day. hehe

Positive: Strategic location, not noisy, cold AC, TV works well. Negative: Dirty room, smells of cigarettes, toilet is very narrow and full of cobwebs, the bidet is broken, when entering the toilet there are underwear hanging from who knows whose it belongs to, no blanket provided, have asked the receptionist since 3 pm and until 8 pm still not delivered. Conclusion: If it is for transit it is still okay, but if staying longer is not recommended. Thanks

The location is strategic, but the room is a bit far from the reception because of the stairs. There's no blanket, no soap, and only one towel in the room, but it's fine for sleeping.

When I entered the room, there were still used shampoo and soap packages in the bathroom. The sheets were messy and dirty. There was no blanket. But, because I was tired, I went straight to sleep.
