This hotel was amazing. It was modern and very attractive.The room facilities were excellent with everything you could think of and more. They even provided hair straighteners. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also provided a shuttle service to their sister hotel by the beach. I would definitely recommend, 10 out of 10.

A very friendly staff welcomed us, and the friendliness continued all week. The property is kept meticulous and is in a very convenient location. Absolutely no complaints!

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent room and bed. However, there was a pervasive sewer smell in the lobby. I think it was from outside, as much of Valencia smells in the heat. But it ruined the experience to have to walk through it everyday.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect for us, walking distance to most of the major attraction. We booked two rooms, both room were spotless, the view is fab. All staff are friendly and helpful! Recommend!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel feels like a little Oasis of calm in the city. Decor is so classy and room clean and spacious. Inparticular loved the roof top bar with its wonderful view of the city, cocktails were also excellent. Will definately recommend and be back ourselves.

This hotel was truly a pleasure to stay at. From the moment I arrived, my journey was at ease. The attention to detail, the competent, friendly, and present staff, the bed, the bathroom, this property did not miss. I've never felt such comfort and luxury in Spain, and rarely in Europe, to the level of excellence this hotel provided. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the center, but in truth, it was close to about everywhere. Absolutely cannot wait to return.

Location was fantastic. Clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds, good air conditioning in summer heat. Reception area has a faint smell of sewage that hits as soon as you walk in. We chose it also for summer evenings on the roof & pool but only after arriving were we told they were under construction & inaccesible. They strictly adhere to maximum # of guests per room due to insurance reasons. We booked king bed in a junior suite but had to get an additional room since we had a young child. Fortunately many hotels/Airbnbs in the vicinity to book a room for either my husband or me. A couple of days into the trip, a junior suite accommodating 3 people opened up so we were together as a family for bedtimes & mornings. The junior suites vary in number of people permitted. Call the hotel ahead to confirm! If you’re 2 parents with young child/children, book directly with the hotel than through third parties or you may have a similar situation searching for another hotel once you get to this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, plus little details that make you feel at home throughout the room. We were always greeted with a smile. They gave us great recommendations from amazing food to museums and historical places to shopping. I will stay here for sure when I come back to Valencia.

Overall, the property is a great find. It’s in a fantastic location. The restaurant is absolutely wonderful both its breakfast and its dinner menu. The upstairs bar has great views. . I like that it has a spa though I didn’t use it. The gym is high-end with wooden equipment, but not particularly functional. The only drawback was the front desk staff were hit and miss in terms of friendliness.

One decision criteria was the rooftop bar, unfortunately this was not indicated on the internet that it is still closed. Standard rooms are really nice. Very close to the Colon Metro station.

Our stay was perfect. It was our 6th visit to the hotel and we’ve just booked another week in August! Ana on reception is a real star

J’ai vraiment aimé l’attitude du personnel. Les déjeuners étaient très bon et les drinks au bar aussi. Dans notre chambre, nous ne pouvons pas laisser l’eau de la douche ouverte car elle débordait sur tout le plancher de l’as salle de bain. La terrasse était encore en réparation alors qu’elle devait être terminé lors de notre réservation.

A huge thank you to Ana on reception at check in - her warm and welcoming manner was the perfect start to our stay. Ana had considered our room preferences when allocating for our stay and we appreciate this so much. Having stayed at the hotel many times, room 305 is our favourite yet! We are currently enjoying another 4 nights in another room at the hotel and will most definitely be returning!

Excellent location and staff was excellent. Loved the restaurant with a great menu. We highly recommend it.

Great hotel v well located for the Centre and Tube. Excellent local shops and restaurants. Hotel was great and would stay again - shame that rooftop bar that we were looking forward to was not open .
