The appartment was clean and in a great area but not at the same standard as others I've stayed in. You have to collect the key card before parking the car and wasn't told that we could drop our luggage first so we paid to park elseswhere - went to get the key and then go to the car park so not ideal. I've rented a lot of apartments during my time and I'm used to renting apartments that give you at least some essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, milk and then shampoo, conditioner etc. but the only thing provided was some very thin shower gel. So if you arrive late and shops are shut you are a bit stuck. Also not all the shower heads worked properly so you had to crouch to get under the water. The roof top was great though and having a washing machine is an added bonus but it could be better especially for the cost.

Not noisy but poor communication with property manager, no email received, place was dirty. Plus side was quiet and there was a washer, which was the main reason we picked the place.

Our check in was scheduled for 3 pm but we still didn’t have a code to get into the unit until close to 5 even though I called many times. I understand the cleaner needed more time which was fine however the property manager should have conveyed that message to us initially instead of telling us he sent the codes then hanging up on us but then telling us the apartment wasn’t ready on subsequent calls. Honestly and transparency are always best. I’m not sure they provided actual soap or if it was dishwasher detergent. Other than that the apartment was in a very walkable and safe location. It was also an easy walk to the train station. If the check in process wasn’t terrible, I’d have given it a much higher score.

Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in.

Central location ideal for exploring the town. Spacious apartment with many amenities provided. En suite bathroom was a bonus. Access was an issue with the car, but easily overcome double parking out the front to drop and collect luggage.
