New hotel, only 1 reception desk so customer service is overloaded.
I booked 3 rooms for foreign guests to stay. When the guests arrived, they received 2 rooms, because they checked in at night, the guests did not report it until the next day. When we reported it to the guests, no one came forward to resolve it immediately, the receptionist promised to contact them again until noon but there was no response. Later, we needed to book an additional day and had to go back to the hotel to propose a plan to move the room the hotel checked in was missing to the next day. We called the hotline 4 times but no one answered, and when we went directly to the receptionist, the handling was too slow.
I agree that the new hotel has many shortcomings, but if it does not improve, compared to the current price and service, it will be difficult to meet the guests again in the future.
I do not rate it too bad, hoping that the hotel can upgrade to a more professional and better service.
