The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic.

Good location, halfway between two Metro stations. Plenty of places to eat or buy food locally. Despite being on a busy road junction the apartment was quiet.

Great apart-hotel in central Madrid. Modern, comfy bed and a great space. Easy to work everywhere and close to metro stations too. Also has a co-working space if travelling for work.

Great time there right by a bunch of nice restaurants and stores.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we had to request was an extra roll for the loo. Great apartment and a perfect location for our stay.

Clean room, laundry, and check-in are good. It is a little far from most of city attractions. If you do not like walk, it would not be good choice though.

Room was very clean and spacious. Location very convenient and the staff was very friendly

The room was27 C in the evening and It was impossible to sleep as the air-conditioning did not work and leaving the windows open was extremely noisy. the next day when I asked the reception about the failure of the air-conditioning. I was told that it is now winter season in the air condition does not work. I have rarely seen the front desk staff care so little.

Very clean and comfortable room. Linned very good. Nice bed. Good bathroom.big TV's. Only missing to be able to connect ny phone to the TV. That wasn't possible. Only improvement I can think about. Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back.

We recently stayed at Be Mate Trafalgar in Madrid and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. The entire property was clean and modern, with everything looking new and well taken care of. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located place in Madrid.

Excellent appartement, the era around is amazing, many bars and restaurants with terraces, very convivial! The appartement is clean cozy, confortable and well equipped. Amenities are in perfect condition. A payant public parking is available nearby.
