Honestly, the accommodation is actually really good, close to Alfamart, in front of the beach, the room is also neat and clean, but the AC is really just blowing air, maybe it's rarely cleaned or lacks freon, the point is the AC is not cold at all in superior room 2. In addition, it turns out the Wi-Fi can only connect 1 device. The guard also can't complain, he said if you want to complain just go upstairs to the app, luckily there is a solution to borrow a fan, but yes, we as guests who deliberately rent a room with AC must feel uncomfortable with the heat because it is also near the beach and the AC is problematic so it's a bit stuffy because the room has no ventilation, there is only a window that can be opened, but if you sleep with it open it is uncomfortable. So, a suggestion for the owner, he suggested paying attention to the AC.

I swear I won't regret staying here. The price is affordable, the staff are friendly, and most importantly, the room is great. The lights are bright, it's quite spacious, clean, and smells great. Finally found a nice place to stay near Pelabuhan Ratu Beach. Although it's on Karang Hawu Beach, I took the lower villa. The facilities were adequate for the affordable price. Each room comes with a water bottle and complete toiletries. The beach is just a short walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a shower area outside so you can wash off the sand before entering your room. A special suggestion is that the villa could provide an alternative bathroom, as the maximum capacity is 6 people but only one bathroom. The front room also needs to be better soundproofed, as the noise of passing vehicles is very audible.

Near the beach, just walk away. Cheap room, very clean, fragrant. All facilities are functioning. AC, smart TV, and there is also a water heater + coffee and tea. There are towels and toiletries too. Great. The employees are friendly & polite. Definitely a regular customer of this.
