Good.. Just to point out, Sunday all goes quite and not even cleaning staff (no room cleaning / fresh towels on that day)

Clean room

The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay.

Nice hotel, very clean and very good food. Quiet and close to the little donau. Friendly personnel. Will definitily come back. Thank you.

No limpian la habitación ni cambian toallas. Y NO HABLAN INGLÉS NI TIENEN CARTA EN INGLÉS EN EL RESTAURANTE
