Absolutely loved our stay at El Alfonsa, super chic design and awesome location. Would totally stay there again!

This was an interior apartment, but at 8am building staff member woke me up with a loud phone call right outside my door. Then at 10am, a housekeeping women entered my room while I was in the bathroom naked. Why are they coming in the room unannounced, without knocking or texting before my checkout time?

This property is really nice, modern designed and mixed with Mexican style. Highlights include great bathroom, AC, nice windows and balcony, Nespresso machine and multiple secured passcode door locks. The owner is nice and friendly. He recommended a list of tacos and cafe. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Really enjoyed the stay.

Loved my stay at Alfonsa. The room was so quiet, which is definitely a plus in Mexico City. The bed was also super comfy - also a plus - especially after touring around all day.

Llegue al hotel, no hay recepcion, no hay forma de entrar. Jamas mandaron confirmación de la reservacion con instrucciones para poder entrar. No contestan el telefono, no hay ningun medio de comunicacion y tuvimos que buscar un plan B por que no contestaron jamas.
