Second time staying here, best thing about it is the location just one block from the main square (zocalo). Functional with a good price.

Estábamos en la habitación 305 y la segunda noche estuvo encendida una luz justo afuera de nuestra habitación toda la noche que iluminaba nuestra habitación. Muy difícil conciliar el sueño así.

This is a great place from which to explore the Historical Center of Puebla. Lots of great stuff within a few blocks. The rooms are just OK, and if you don’t like stairs, be aware there’s no elevator. Was fine for a short visit to this very interesting and beautiful city.

It was great for the price. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better. They offer complementary coffee and pastry in the morning which it was a nice addition.

The hotel staff were wonderful and so lovely. The property was very clean and had a great shower and toilet! Unfortunately, the traffic and sounds from the street could be heard in the room all throughout the night (quite loudly) as we had a street facing room. Also, the bathroom area, toilet and shower lights and fans were all motion sensor activated and as there was an issue with them while we were there (they were trying to get this fixed!) they would come on through the night which was quite noisy and bright. This was only an issue for me - I am a light sleeper - and not my friend who shared the room with me.

The nicest people you will meet. One block from the plaza and if you get a room not street-facing it is pretty quiet. They will keep your bags if you get there early/late. 2 small bottles of water per day. There is even coffee, tea and pastries in the morning. The ceilings are 10-12 feet and there is no elevator so you will get your workout! They are super accommodating; you just need to ask! Will stay there again, THANK YOU!!

EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN UBICADO Y CERCANO A TODO. EL PERSONAL ES MUY AMABLE Y EL HOTEL ES BÁSICO

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal muy amable y atento. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la distribución del baño, si vas en pareja está bien pero, si vas en familia o amigos tienes que pedirles que se salgan mientras te bañas porque al área de la regadera no puedes ni siquiera meter la toalla y al terminar de bañarte tienes que salir por ella y estás completamente desnudo y sí da pena que estén ahí los demás. Es lo único por lo que no volvería a hospedarme aquí.
