Suited us as a family for what we came to do. Would definitely come back

The property was great for our family and purpose. It was clean and well maintained and had good facilities and kitchenware. The hot water runs out quickly though which was difficult to manage with young children.

Good place to stay

Chairs was broken , In front of door not good condition specially when we come from big rain day .

The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!

Clean& tidy - suited our needs as a family nicely for an over night stay In Rotorua.

Nice and tidy place. whole process was made easy with communicative owners.

Location was 5-7 min drive to city center, stores, lakefront. Clean & safe location. No coffee pot or dryer. There was a laundromat 5 mins away. I recommend this place if you are visiting Rotorua.

Nice, cosey and functional unit with all you need and close to Rotorua Town Centre driving.
