Very Nice

The room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed

Location is great. Check in is unconventional and a little inconvenient. Room was nice, but beds and couch were too hard.

Kitchen was fully equipped

Our apartment was on the 38th floor and offered a spectacular view of the CN Tower. The address is very close to many major attractions, only a short walk. All the facilities we needed were provided. The staff were very accommodating and flexible with our check in time.

Very close to downtown, everything walking distance

I did not get the room that i booked and host unfortunately kept deflecting and saying this room is better than what i booked and he didnt wanna walk over to my original room because it was in a different building which was inconvenient for him. However the place itself was very nice, spacious and clean, but i specifically wanted a view which i did not get. In addition, i was woken up every morning by very loud street noise and had to sleep with headphones on (i would not have had the issue of street noise if i had gotten the original room i booked). Other than that the location is very convenient and the host was responsive. Just little things to note theres no holders for the toilet paper and bathroom mirror lighting may not be the best for applying makeup since its dark. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Building is safe due to having 24/7 security and having to tap to access.

It would be more helpful if the check-in and check-out was explained better. 2:30am of the day we arrive to find out who was meeting us isn’t good enough. We had to message how to check out.
