Across the Hanoi Station, very easy to go around with Grab or by walking. Love the room.

For 1.3 million VND per night, there wasn't even a comb, only a toothbrush – basic amenities. The room was tiny. There wasn't even an exhaust fan, and you had to open the toilet door. The staff were friendly though.

Okay, it's possible to stay, but the rooms are usually a bit small.

I have stayed here many times when I went to Hanoi. Now the owner has changed but everything is still ok. The rooms are neat and clean. Will definitely come back when I go to Hanoi.

Great hotel, it's in the city center

Apart from the room having a glass dome for sightseeing, I really don't understand why I had to spend 2 million to stay here for 2 nights 🥲! The hotel was renovated with the original rooms exactly like the old Sojo hotel: the TV can only watch TV channels and is not a smart TV (while now, spending 5-700k at a hotel or homestay already has a TV/projector available; old and dirty sofa, no one to help with luggage in and out, the lighting system is sketchy, some bulbs can be turned on, some can't be turned on, the bathroom has no exhaust, the bathroom is extremely narrow, there is only 1 room card... I'm not a picky person, but it's been a long time since I had such an unsatisfactory experience when spending more than 4 million for 2 nights here. Note that this is a bad experience about the hotel room space, amenities, not the service attitude of the staff!
