It's a shame, even though what was booked was said to be the highest class room, and it was said to be a new room... but when I saw it, the floor was dirty, the bathtub was dirty, the towels were dirty, dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned. There were no tissues provided either, the appetizers were incomplete :( hopefully in the future it can be improved even though people may rarely book that room, but at least it was cleaned.
