My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orient Express La Minerva, celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offered all the comforts we could ask for. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, attending to every detail with professionalism and kindness. Experiência maravilhosa do início ao fim. O hotel tem uma atmosfera elegante, acolhedora e extremamente sofisticada. O serviço foi impecável, especialmente o concierge, que tornou toda a estadia ainda mais especial. Também fomos recebidos com amenidades muito gentis pelo nosso aniversário de casamento, um cuidado que fez toda a diferença. Os quartos são lindos, confortáveis e o hotel consegue equilibrar muito bem tradição, charme romano e refinamento contemporâneo. Foi um dos poucos hotéis da viagem onde senti verdadeira harmonia entre beleza, conforto e experiência emocional. A localização também é excelente, permitindo viver Roma de forma muito especial. Restaurantes maravilhosos e a harpa no café da manhã e jantar foram WOW! Meu único ponto de observação seria em relação ao marketing olfativo. O hotel possui uma atmosfera visual maravilhosa, mas senti falta de uma identidade olfativa mais marcante e memorável, algo que hoje faz muita diferença nas grandes experiências de luxo. Ainda assim, foi uma estadia excepcional. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
