The property is too close to the rail road crossing, the train blow the horn every 5 seconds. The traffic eco is very strong because the rooms are not sealed. The staff is very friendly

I couldn’t even stay because they didn’t have a credit card terminal, and they still charged my credit card through hotels.com And hotels.com say they are not responsible, when they were the only ones with my credit card info. The hotel didn’t even have a terminal

It’s very affordable, there is a lot of outside noise including the train that passes right behind it. But it’s great for the price

Not the best. My wife and I just entered the hotel and walked out immediately. It was horrible from the entrance to the exit. Service was great. The lady was super nice and polite.

Only 2 bath towels. No hand towels nor washcloth. No blankets. Asked and didn't have. Bed hard as rocks. Price not much less than a better quality hotel. I'm was rated 2.5 stars. I'll give it 1.3.

Todas las chicas súper lindas, nos atendieron muy muy bien. Nos hubiera gustado que la alberca estuviera en funcionamiento.

Habitación excelente, lo malo es que no tienen agua de cortesía lo bueno es que hay un OXXO casi enfrente y pues salir a comprar agua y ni modo. Además el paso del ferrocarril molesta al paso durante la noche.

Solo que no hay manera de regular el agua en la ducha

El problema fue que al llegar al hotel nos informaron que ellos no tienen convenio de reservaciones con Expedia y tuvimos que volver a pagar. Esto que hicieron ustedes Expedia es un fraude ya que no puedo dar seguimiento para que me reembolsen el dinero que les deposite.

No respetaron la resevacion, comentan que ya no trabajan con paginas

no tienen convenio con ustedes y ese mismo dia que viajava me mandaron un mensaje me cancelaron y expedia me cobro como 200 pesos y no me los regresaron me siento defraudada por expedia
