Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that

Quiet location in sabalo country , close to good restaurants and bars , staff was very good , two blocks to the beach , lots of hot water , turn handle to the right not to the left like in Canada . Only down side was sound traveled from the adjoining room , big gap between door a floor . Usually neighbours went to sleep before I did so that wasn’t a problem

I didnt stay at property there was nobody there to check in. And my credit card got charged 3 times the amount it was suppose to be. Can please get my money back.

Terrible no physical desk.. under construction, trash everywere and people living permanently there just playing music all night... Sucksss

Es un sitio cómodo para descansar, habitación limpia y tranquila, trabajar en el Mantenimiento, es un sitio con tiempo ya, se nota, deberían invertir en remodelación pero si es un buen sitio.

No había internet ni tele normal tardaban en contestar

La comunicación con la responsable fue excelente, buena ubicación Toallas rotas y manchadas. En 4 noches el internet no funcionó y salía bastante agua del baño cada vez que nos bañábamos. El lugar se miraba viejo y descuidado con fracturas en las paredes

Únicamente como observación , falta mantenimiento en el área de regadera ( regadera tapada y falta tapa en la coladera ), todos lo demás muy bien
