Friendly staff- great views of the mountain from the terrace. Nice big tv and plenty of outlets. Great breakfast and coffee.

Ubicación a 13-15 minutos del centro, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, jardín bien conservado para los desayunos, staff atento, me dejaron hacer early and late check in. 100% me volvería a quedar en sus instalaciones.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful large room and garden. Great service and food.

The hotel is adorable, their garden is beautiful and the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. I was able to coordinate shuttles with them and they were helpful with recommendations around the area. The hotel is boutique like and we stayed on the separate space they have (not in the hotel premises but close). We had two beds which is what we needed but bathroom was outside of the room, did not like it that but room was nice and roomy. We decided to stay in separate part instead of main property. Hotel is not in the main area but everything is walkable which is what we did and enjoyed. We felt very safe and to top it off we had the cutest brewery 6 min away, Antigua Brewery. Great atmosphere!

Magical property. The staff (Ana Maria, Karolina, Saulo, Manuel, Gustavo & Julia) treated us like family. The art work and garden was beautiful. The room was comfortable, large and the attention to detail was extraordinary. Can't wait to go back and stay there again and visit the most beautiful hotel and staff in the world. Thank you Casa Bansley for an amazing staff.

Hotel Casa Bansley is a lovely, small boutique hotel—clean, beautifully landscaped, and very thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside was some road noise in the mornings, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A peaceful, cozy place I’d happily return to!

I felt like I was at a Family house the service was amazing. Julio, Cesar the chef and receptionist made us feel special. I got sick one of the days and asked if they had chicken broth. They went out and cooked my broth. They went out of their way!!! I appreciated Would love to come back for sure!! Margarita

Lovely garden. Quaint decor

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel decor was a bit old and tired. Facilities were clean but there was no houskeping for 4 days. Not a problem for me but it may be for others.

What a beautiful property, the accommodations were great, it felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Walking distance to the arch and the square. Very friendly staff. There is a restaurant in site.

Hotel and staff were great. No one spoke English, Nice garden area. Busy street next to bedroom. Noisy, but any downtown hotel would have been noisy.

The hotel is beautiful. We loved the details and the decor. The staff were friendly and very eager to assist with any of our questions. Our room was extremely clean and the housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning the room during our stay. The food was delicious. The welcome letter left by the owner was really nice. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

All 3 total rooms are very but only one his A/C .. so be mindful
