I booked twos rooms and they sold one room gave only one room and please refund my money for one room

We just wanted a place near the airport to get some rest before starting to explore Mumbai, and we were so tired that we didn’t go deep into reviews and comments. This place is horrible. There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. There is no window, the AC doesn’t cool — it was just blowing very bad air into the room. The bathroom was so bad that we preferred not to take a shower, and the bedding looked so dirty that we slept in our sleeping bags. There was dirt and dust everywhere. I highly do not recommend this place. In the same time, the staff were good.
