Avoid this property at all costs. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The room had multiple maintenance and safety issues, including broken door and window handles, a damaged bathroom tile, and exposed holes near an electrical circuit. There was also a persistent cigarette smell while the air conditioning emitted a foul odor throughout our stay. Sleep was virtually impossible due to loud music from a neighboring room, constant plumbing noise, and extremely poor sound insulation. When these issues were reported, nothing was done. Reception was unavailable, the online chat was unresponsive, and the owner took no action despite being informed of the problems. The complete lack of support, accountability, or effort to resolve any of the problems was shocking. We also realised surrounding area was unsafe, with a reputation for prostitution, late-night drinking venues, violent crime and dirty. The photos of the property and its surroundings were also misleading and did not reflect the reality of the location. Between the safety concerns, bad smells, sleepless nights, misleading listing, and total lack of response from management, find somewhere else and save yourself!

Very nice hotel/motel for the price its phenomenal, awesome owner very helpful and kind , place is quiet but the area is very shdy .. its worth it if you can overlook the hady karaoke and girls solicitations would recommend 10000000%

There are small sample items free to use if needed. Laundry is 24 hrs and free, just hard to understand BUT the staff can speak some English and was incredibly helpful when I was staying up late at 4am to do laundry for my flight. The room gets really hot because of the heated floors, but to help with that is to keep the lights off and only the small lights on. The rooms are a little musty dusty crusty but there are slippers so you never touch the floor. There are shower essentials and CU and Emart are super close. The train Silim is 5-6 mins away by walk, super close and easy. You pay what you get in stay but the staff are so kind to accommodate. There are no elevators, so pack light.

Room is big enough. They provide two sets of gowns to my room.

Staff were very nice, and the room itself was very nice for the price also! Double bed, has AC, a mini fridge!!! + comes with a hairdryer, round brush and flat brush combs, towel for your hair, a multi-cable wire to charge your devices, in the bathroom there’s shampoo, conditioner and body wash + slippers. And in the common area they have a microwave, coffee machine, laundry area, a stove + segregated trash cans for your trash and plastic/cans. And it’s so conveniently right near the Line 2 Sillim station, so travelling back from hongdae or itaewon, etc, is really easy - it also has plenty of convenience stores, karaoke rooms, pc rooms and food places right next to it!! Everything about it was amazing, but remember there’s no lift so be prepared to put in some work carrying up your suitcases lol.

清潔で快適でした。テレビがある。窓がないので電気消したら外が夜か朝か分からない。トイレと手洗い場のカーテンなどの仕切りが何もないので水浸しで残念。駅から5分くらい歩きますが周りにお店も多くて良かった。スタッフもいい方たちで荷物を運んでくださいました。

スタッフが親切で快適に過ごせました。

部屋は広めで清潔でした。バスタブがあるのも嬉しいところ。地下に洗濯機・乾燥機（無料）があるので長期滞在にもよいです。部屋の掃除はなく、替えタオルを自分で持っていくようになっています。朝食は出ませんが近所は24時間営業の食堂が多いので困りません。

저는 첫째 날 공항에서 가방을 잘못 가져와서 다른 사람의 것을 가져온 일본인입니다 아마 가족이 운영하던 분들이었는데, 일본어밖에 못하는 저를 어떻게든 도와주려고 공항에 전화를 걸어 주셔서 정말 감동했습니다. 호텔 방 등도 깨끗하지만, 그보다 이곳을 경영하시는 분이 매우 훌륭한 분입니다. 도와주신 분들께 부디 행복이 찾아오길 바랍니다
