Excellent place, the area is safe, building is safe and door always locked, you can walk to a bunch of coffee places and restaurants. Edgar is the concierge he is helpful, respectful and always available to help. Truly recommend this place.

Fue bastante genial todo. Solamente 2 detalles si tienen smart TV pero tienes q poner tu cuenta personal para utilizar las plataformas de streaming y el otro detalle las habitaciones regulares no tienen aire acondicionado lo cual fue un poco incómodo. El resto excelente el personal bastante atento y amables.

Our stay at Suites Mine was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. What surprised us the most was how incredible the location was, easy to walk to major sites and parks, and lots of restaurants to choose from. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax in the hot tub after a long day of museums and galleries. Highly recommend.

I've been on this hotel about 4 times and every time the service is excellent, we'll located, very good rooms and the cocktails on rooftop are delicious I haven't tried the food yet but i bet is equally as good as the service

There’s always security at the main door at night, the room was spacious with more amenities than I’d even imagined.

I have come to CDMX many times and this place, discovered by a friend in 2024, is wonderful. The rooms are modern, clean and large. Each comes with a kitchen and a large balcony. Staff is very good and the rooftop bar is wonderful.I will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space. Great rooftop bar and views. Only drawback is no heating or AC.

The room was great and the staff were courteous. Our experience would have been better if the room had an A/C.

Excellent location. Good value for price. Plenty of dining options and delivery if you feel like just staying in your King sized bed with a hot chocolate or a cafe de olla (while it’s cold out). I loved the balcony and modern design of the hotel. Feels very much like a boutique hotel. Would stay here again. Note: there is NO AC, but you do not need it. Just crack the sliding door open and it’s perfect.

Staff was amazing and kind and helpful. Location was quiet…perfect for families and couples and working professionals. Make sure to go upstairs to the bar area …bar tender is awesome and strikes up wonderful conversation. The food in the kitchen is also very good. I’d come back for sure

The rooms are big and very well equipped. Very good location. Edgar, front desk supervisor was a big help. Would definitely suggest to people visiting Mexico City. Rated 10/10
