A recommended hotel for families in Bandung. Booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to a higher class. The bathrooms were spacious, with bathtubs, which the kids loved. Overall, this hotel is great. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bandung.

The staff is pleasant, responsive and friendly. The parking area is also spacious.

Hospitality was great, the facility is matching with the price they offered. Can not give full score as we are getting room on 2nd floor without any view (literally wall was standing in front of our window), also smoking area is side by side with kids playground and pool area.

First of all, thank you for upgrading the room and being able to check in early at 12. The check-in service was very friendly and easy, and the concierge was very helpful and friendly. The bedsheets and mattress were 👍👍👍, and the pillows were 4, so they were very comfortable. The towels were clean, but the water level in the bathroom sink was very small. The breakfast was quite varied. I have a suggestion for coconut milk. If possible, use fresh coconut milk, not packaged coconut milk, so the green bean and black sticky rice porridge tasted just right. The herbal drink was the best 😍.
