Under construction and full of mould

I'm travelling frequently and I'm interested to discover new hotels. The hotel itself may be OK and but they are not at all customer friendly. Unfortunately I could not stay there and I will never do. I had trouble to get to Paris which was not my fault but there was a full day of airline strike (only announced 36 hours before departure - no flight at all on my travel date and trains were also fully booked). As soon as I knew this issue I immediately informed both expedia and the hotel. Expedia told me that the hotel refused to postpone my stay or to provide any reimbursement. I called the hotel directly several times and send them messages. After several attempts I finally got in contact with the manager who was not able to propose any solution. I told him that I had managed to get a flight 36 hours later and still would like to stay at the hotel but they told me that I have to pay another full night. I suggested that if the room was different I was ready to pay a supplement or if all rooms are booked to shift to another day. Not accepted, manager not willing to propose anything. Full new reservation required. I had paid and lost over 90 USD / 80 EUR for no service at all. Never again. Manager is not interested in new customers, arrogant behaviour. Sorry it was my mistake to book this hotel.

The toilet is in the shower.

This is an old property. The elevator and stairway are small and narrow (not convenient for large suitcases). The room is not big, and the bathroom is shower and toilet combined. The noise of opening and closing doors of your neighbors is loud! The staff was friendly, but the owners don't speak English. The location is convenient for public transportation, and pretty safe. There are many Asian stores around.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff. Very accommodating, warm and welcoming.

Noisy and no internet access

Room 35. When shower or toilet used, it had a smell. Bathroom glass shelf sloping, so unsafe. Room 33. No shelf at all in bathroom. Both rooms - kettle but no cups, spoons, tea bags or coffee. Tap water only just warm. Beds OK. Location OK. on second day, cardboard cups provided but only when asked for.

Great location .. the lobby is not available to guest due to using it as a day care .. other than that decent place to stay

Got bed bugs there

The staff was not helpful, the bathrooms on each floor are not clean at all, and the rooms had bedbugs. My body is full of bites from staying there one night and I had to kill 2 of them myself. Definitely not worth the money even if you want to save a couple of dollars.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel sur les photos il avait l’air très bien mais la déception était présente à notre arrivée. Une chambre très petite une fenêtre donnant sur une pièce extérieure en travaux avec un vis à vis sur une fenêtre en face. Nous étions « chanceux » d’avoir une salle de bain dans notre chambre ou l’on pouvait prendre une douche et aller au toilette en même temps, ces dernière dans un état déplorable (abattant de toilette déchiré, dessous de cuvette avec trace d’urine) Nous avons demandé un ventilateur par ces fortes chaleurs le prix de la location diffère selon la personne passant 12€ pour une nuit et de 17€ pour trois nuits à l’autre personne qui nous annonce 14€ pour deux nuits (finalement il y en avait plus) Nous sommes donc juste venu dormir le plus tard possible et se lever tôt pour partir. Le personnel était agréable mais il faudrait faire beaucoup de travail pour améliorer tout cela.

Le linge de lit est propre mais c'est là bien le seul élément positif. LA douche partagée (au 5eme ou 2eme uniquement) est dans les toilettes, avec un entretien plus que douteux. Les chambres sont à refaire, et un accueil minimaliste. PAs de petit déjeuner possible sur place. Du coup c'est vraiment le plan C si aucun autre hotel n'a de place sur Paris.

El personal Muy atento pero el hotel en malas condiciones. No hay amenidades la limpieza la hacen cada dos días, dónde te sientas en la taza del baño estaba roto, hay una construcción y te despiertan a las 8 de la mañana martillazos y taladrazos. No aire acondicionado.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, métro, quartier, restaurants, etc. Ce qui déplaît est une seule toilette-douche minuscule pour 3 étages (je suis au 3e, et j’ai accès à celle du 2e ou celle du 5e) et que la douche sans rideau laisse la pièce toute trempée pendant longtemps vue l’exiguïté. Faudrait au minimum douche et toilette séparées. Je ne parle pas des travaux… mais ça c’est temporaire.

A localização foi a única coisa totalmente positiva, o hotel Estava em reforma não fui avisado; A água quente acabou no segundo dia; Mas no outro dia normalizou.

Hôtel bas de gamme. Très vieillot. Assez sale au final et plutôt partout. Les photos sont trompeuses, elles datent d’il y a bien longtemps. Personnel aimable heureusement.

malgré un personnel sympathique, la chambre était dans un état lamentable, les murs étaient tellement fins que l’on entendait absolument tout ce qui se passait dans l’hôtel, des perroquets qui hurlent à 3h du matin, les travaux qui débutent à 7h du matin, les toilettes qui font un bruit de moteur d avion lorsque on tire la chasse d eau, sur le site « chambre avec salle de bain » la salle de bain est un toilettes avec un pommeau de douche à côté, le sol noir, pas de joint, le robinet de la chambre était cassé, on avait une fenêtre mais avec l’échafaudage nous n avions pas de lumière du jour, lorsque l’on a demandé un ventilateur, car très chaud dans la chambre et pas d air frais un supplément de 15€ nous a été facturé … des voleurs.. N Y ALLEZ PAS
