The hotel staff is undeniably the best, as part of Artotel, Rooms Inc. It's centrally located, close to everything you need. Check-in and check-out are easy. The rooms are clean, with complete amenities, clean bathrooms, and hairdryers provided in each room. The staff is also responsive to customer needs. The best, definitely will come back here! ☺️🙌🏻

We had a pleasing staycation experience in the newly opened hotel near Sudirman area. The location is very strategic in the center of the city, with cafes, restaurants, and malls nearby. The services are top notch! We had a problem with our room access card and they immediately came to our room to change it. Breakfast buffet also comes with many great selections. Lastly, all the staff are so nice and helpful, very attentive with our requests. Shout out to Mr. Mahesa for his warm greetings to us.

The location is very strategic, with tons of food nearby. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and everything was in good condition, probably because it's new. The service was also good. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel staff is friendly... Close to Jalan Sudirman, so it's convenient for morning runs at the CFD. The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean. There's also a prayer room.

I initially chose this hotel without planning. But it just so happened that my previous hotel couldn't extend my stay because it was fully booked. The Rooms Inc. hotel is very close to the previously full hotel, so I chose Rooms Inc. so I could move my luggage on foot, hehe. It truly exceeded my expectations: - The check-in process was super efficient and fast. - You have to use two access cards before entering your room: once for access to the hall, and once for accessing the elevator to your room. This gives you a greater sense of security. - Super clean rooms with complete amenities - Super clean restrooms - All the staff are very friendly 👍 I highly recommend this hotel!
