The hotel is near the beach, just a short walk away. However, the standard single room for two people is quite cramped, and the drain in our bathroom was clogged. The air conditioner is relatively new, but my sleeping area wasn't directly in the path of the airflow, so it was very hot (even at 17 degrees).

Friendly staff, rooms looked older than in the photos, a bit dirty, close to the beach.

The hotel is about 100m from Bai Sau Beach, close to the center, and surrounded by many restaurants. Because we visited during Tet (Vietnamese New Year), the area was quite crowded, making it a bit difficult for vehicles to get in and out.

Close to the beach, reasonable prices, friendly owner, just the hotel style is a bit old.

That was great, I'll be back.
