Staff was great. Some newer furniture in room would be nice, only chair in room was badly worn.

The people behind the desk could not have been nicer. But the lobby smelled like stale smoke and the property is run down.

This was a inexpensive place to stay, we were just passing thru. No breakfast.

Desk clerk took 5 minutes to come out from behind wall to check me in. No apologies. Same thing happened last year too. Property is old and unkept. The room is old and grungy. Old musty smell. Hallways are dark and it felt unsafe. We checked in early to drop of belongings before going to family event. Returned around 12:30 and we checked out at 6:00. Both my daughter and myself didn’t sleep. On the rung in front of bed there is a stain that looks like dried semen. Wouldn’t return again.

Bathrooms - mold in shower, toilet tank kept filling, no fan in bathroom, poor shower curtains. Old mattress. Blow dryer didn’t work.

Hotel in downtown of small town. Relatively quiet. No traffic sounds. Police station next door. Small coffee shop in walking distance. Convenience store/gas station also nearby. Room and bathroom were clean. Smelled a bit musty. Front desk employees are nice.

Didn’t get the room we booked! Got a very small full bed instead of a Queen! Beat up chair in room. The room was very clean though.

Everything was amazing except there was no breakfast at the hotel.

Came back to room after a walk and all my items were soaked in some sort of chemicals, weird noises all night actually felt so unsafe we had to leave. Staff moved our rom onLy nextdoor which was even worse and a downgrade. Denied a refund and were totally non negotiable. Ice machine never works and the elevator had dried sewage all over. 0/10 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I booked the single room and it's clean. Bedsheets,etc... smells good

We were there for 2 days house keeping never came in they only gave us 2 towels . The young lady at the lobby was very pleasant and helpful. She went way above to help us. House keeping sound come in every day for the price we pay to stay there. My husband and I have stayed there a few times only complaint i really have is about housekeeping. We will cone back because of the young lady at the main desk being so pleasant and helpful

The employees were very nice and courteous. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the way the toilet in the bathroom was configured it was not very comfortable for a plus sized person. I felt squeezed in and it was difficult to move. Other than that there was plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was VERY small but clean. Contrary to the info on your website, there was NO included breakfast, but there was a good diner (Via Main) within walking distance that served generous portions for a reasonable price. They will NOT do late check-outs. It was okay for a solo traveler staying for a single night.

Have stayed at hotel a few times years ago under different owner and things have definitely gone downhill since then. Advertises free continental breakfast online, although not an option anymore (no restaurant, no vending machines, no food at all). No ice machine available for the entire hotel. Rooms were outdated and smelled of cigarettes even in the non smoking rooms. The room was clean enough and the bathroom was very clean. Not the worst place, but definitely overpriced for what you get. The service/front desk was top notch, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great service made the rest of the disappointments easy to overlook for a one night stay.

Not the cleanest place to stay. There was a lot of door slamming and yelling in the hallway that went on beyond 9pm. Surrounding area is not terrible. We went on a little walk down the river.

What was advertise was not there. No restaurant. No ice no air-conditioning no continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable and clean.
