They're under renovation, and it's incredibly noisy. The water went out at night when I wanted to shower, and I was told to shower in the morning. Complaining to Cove's customer service team didn't yield any results, and the staff were unfriendly in my opinion. They were curt and made me feel like I was trying to steal.

The location is very strategic, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the price is very reasonable. It's close to public transportation.

There was no receptionist on standby at check-in. I had already booked for four nights, but I only stayed for one. It's not a family hotel. Cockroaches were found in the room. The pillowcases smelled of drool. After changing rooms, the pillowcases still smelled. The location is actually strategic. I booked this for my sister's graduation in Jakarta. I was forced to book another hotel for the next three nights.
