Room 103 was perfect as it was right in the mix of the Latin Quarter but out the back away from it all. The room was a perfect size with a comfy bed and choice of pillows. Lovely rainfall shower and amenities, including snacks and drinks. The code system for the building and room was fine and saved the need for a key. Very close to the Metro, restaurants and bars and a simple walk into town

This is one of the most unique hotels I've stayed at in Montreal. It's located in an old home on a busy commercial street in downtown Montreal so if you want to open a door and sit a floor or two above the street and watch the flow of the pedestrians this is it. The balcony room I booked was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel has a little snack station with free nutrition bars, coffee machine and microwave... although in room coffee machine is also available. It's a short walk to restaurants and entertainment. Offsite parking is available in the library on the next street for about $30 overnight.

Hard to comment on this property as we did not stay. In our brief time in the room it looked clean and well maintained. Our main problem was the surrounding area. There was a lot of construction and homeless people camped on the street. We cancelled when we arrived and saw the place. They would not give us any refund at all. We were willing to pay for the first night but thought it would be reasonable to get a refund for the second. No such luck. I think this hotel would be okay as a long as you are comfortable in a sketchy area.

We loved the handy location of this property, close to Metro, dining and bar options. Balcony room was very spacious and quiet (with the shutters closed), despite the busy bars below during Canadiens game nights! No earplugs needed. Older property with stair access only, but we didn’t mind the exercise to reach our top-floor suite - to offset all the amazing Montreal food! Access was simple with door code. Very clear communications. Loved the snack station and coffee/tea facilities, which made for easy starts to the morning. Kept well-stocked.

Highly recommend this hotel! The location was unbeatable. The room was clean, comfortable, and chic. The staff were supremely responsive — special requests were accommodated and questions were answered within minutes. The self check-in process was a breeze. Complimentary ear plugs were provided, but we didn’t need them. Noise was not an issue whatsoever, and we were in the room closest to street level. We’ve stayed in many places in MTL over the years, and this has been our favourite!

Ideal location if you enjoy going out to eat, setting your sights on museums and walking around the city. Very well maintained rooms, comfortable bed, excellent shower. A perfect getaway spot!

The room as clean and it was an easy process to check in/out. It is centrally located with lots to within walking distance, but also close to the Metro should you wish to venture further.
