Comfortable, very economical price, can get vouchers and most importantly strategically located in the middle of the city

Improvement: please improve the hotel facilities because it is a star hotel, strategic location and close to shopping and culinary centers.

Thank you. I ordered a superior room, but was upgraded to a deluxe room because the room was full. The hot water didn't work. The bathroom floor was slippery. The Wi-Fi didn't work properly. It's close to shopping and culinary centers. Strategic location. Hopefully, there will be improvements to make it even more comfortable.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the hot water worked and was strong, the toilet was clean, and the TV worked. It was quite affordable with good facilities.
