The hotel is not of any quality, there can be no electricity for more than an hour... it's hot... and there is no direct compensation, we have to process it here and there... we immediately checked out at 3.30 am.

I tried to change booking because my mother's in laws passed away. However the hotel was so strict with their policy that I have to forfeit my booking.

Overall, everything was good. The hotel's strategic location is only 10 minutes from the airport, making it suitable for those in transit. There's a shuttle service available to pick you up at the airport, the price is quite affordable, and the airport drop-off is free. The service is excellent. The hotel and rooms are clean (hopefully, this will be consistent, considering the new hotel).

The staff was friendly, and when I went there, there was a free airport drop-off promotion, and it was indeed free, even though I was the only one with a 5 a.m. departure time. I was still delivered on time with excellent service. Thank you, Quadrant. I was traveling from Java to Medan for work and chose to stay at Quadrant because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service.

Friendly staff, comfortable place, standard price. Staff should be more careful in calculating the snacks in the room. When checking out, they charged for snacks even though there weren't any.
