The place need work.The toilet seat was broken. The front door had a pice of metal sticking out if you are not careful you could get hurt.we were on the third floor no elevator we had to carry our bag up the stairs .the doors have gaps.

Great location in Georgetown centre with lots of dining options nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean a d good value for money. I would stay here again.

To say this place needs a complete makeover would be an understatement. The photos on the site were not what the apartment looked like. The furniture was plastic-made. The "stove" was a hot plate placed on a plastic table. There was exposed wiring, the walls needed painting/ cleaning, and there was visible residue on the walls. The pillows were so flat and overused that they could not support a human head to sleep. There is no 24-hour front desk staff as stated. The building has no generator as backup for numerous blackouts. The water will also stop running during the long and steady blackouts. The sheets are old and grainy. I am not one to leave reviews, but this place was so bad that I want to save whoever is willing to read this review from making the same mistake I made. Do not be fooled by the photos. The building looks ok from the outside and is secure, the wifi works, and there is no blackout.

Good value for money stay in Georgetown.

Accomodation is conveniently located in a quiet part of Georgetown. Very close to the City center. Staff was very courteous.

Place is tidy and clean the Manager and staff were excellence i will surely stay at Emerald Apartments again
