The hotel is in a good location, and the staff, especially Mohammed, will return in the near future.

I had an exceptionally beautiful stay. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen something truly special. For my first visit to Marrakech, (solo) I wanted the intimacy and authenticity of a riad rather than a large luxury hotel — and I could not have made a better decision. Every detail was exceptional. Was picked up at the airport by the car service, driver drove me to the center where I was met by the owner who walked me to the riad. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant rooms, a serene atmosphere, and a warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. Its location was perfect for exploring Marrakech, yet it remained a peaceful retreat from the energy of the medina. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality. The owners ( Beautiful couple) were exceptionally warm. Mohammed was simply outstanding. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly gracious, he seemed to anticipate every need before I even had to ask. The entire staff was equally kind and welcoming, making my stay feel both luxurious and deeply personal. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation. Oh, and I can’t forget the daily freshly squeezed orange juice. This was, without question, one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have had. If you are visiting Marrakech and looking for a beautifully designed riad with exceptional service and genuine hospitality, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The wonderful owners/staff made all the difference to our stay. They could not do enough to help us plan our excursions and give restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was varied and I particularly loved a glass of fresh orange juice every morning. Our room was very nice and having lovely new towels every day was a real luxury. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay rhere again.

Hard to find its way down the alley at the end. Not like how it shows on Google Maps. The door is labeled

What a beautifully quirky, slightly faded but utterly wonderful little place. If you want commercial omni-hotel this is not for you. If you want to be treated like a family friend visiting relatives, this is for you. Respect to any owner who has a massive painting of him and his wife on prominent display!

I loved staying here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The riad is located right in the Medina- about a 15-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa- and within easy reach of many of the main attractions.

the hosts (owners) are wonderful charming people who are very according and friendly. They understand hospitality and take pride in their business and are very thank full to have their guests. the road is charming. Don’t expect modern hotel luxuries but the friendliness of the team more than makes up for the lack of modern hotel amenities. in USA standards, this is a mix of a large B&B and a motel. They are super people and I would stay here again do a short trip to Marrakesh.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was fantastic as it was near the main market square. And most importantly, the staff was beyond kind. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of.

Stepping into Kale Polis is really joining a family in their beautiful residence. We loved our room, the delicious meal that was cooked for us upon arrival, the friendly interactions and the very big room. It’s good to know that despite the fact that the pool is covered, it is on the rare ace and not heated.

Sweet place, tucked away at the end of an alley (not directly accessible by car, but the hotel staff comes on foot to meet you from where the taxi drops you off, and helps you carry your luggage back to the taxi at the end.) Everything is built around a beautiful courtyard where you eat your meals, and there are stairs that lead you up a few flights to a really cool, eclectic-feeling rooftop with a small enclosed pool, which is great for views and listening to the call to prayer and working/relaxing on the sun loungers. It’s very nice but not “luxurious”, but it’s priced well and the service is what really makes this place. Everyone is so kind and eager to help in any way they can. They have a little restaurant and will cook you anything you order from scratch on the spot (!). They also have a small spa where I got a wonderfully relaxing massage for cheap! Overall, this place feels like a calm and safe little oasis in a crazy busy and slightly overwhelming city! Can’t wait to come back.

This Riad is within 3 minute to small plaza area with shopping and eating options. It is a 15 minute walk to the main medina. The Riad is very clean and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious including yougurt, fruit, egg, pastry and other bread type options. Always fresh squeezed OJ. Even on our early start days they privided us with a breakfast to go. The small dipping pool does not have a ladder and I did not want to chance getting stuck. Rooms are good size. Water pressure not the best but not the worst. We had them meet us at the airport. It was $50 but he waited for us as our flight was late. May have been hard the first time. I would use this Riad should we visit Marrekesk again. I would recommend the restaurant Mahla which is near the Riad. Also the small plaza is where tour groups will meet you.
