Clean! We had the attic bedroom, which was spacious, very clean, and made for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was tiny and barely had space for one person, but I expected that, as this is an old building with character. It’s a lovely, traditional house with local charm, right in the heart of Sintra, which made the experience feel especially authentic.There was no staff on-site, and when we arrived, the place looked a bit abandoned, giving it an empty and quiet feel—we even wondered if anyone else was staying there. That said, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

the room is clean but lighting is too dim, the air circulation is not great so the room does not smell good although the hotel changed new bed sheets. This place is only good for the location. No reception except virtual communication.

LuXa Charm house is absolutely excellent value. Big rooms with en-suites, totally capturing Sintra’s style. Our room had window views to the moorish castle. The only issue is ordering Bolt Taxis or Ubers to the property, at peak times the taxi will not be allowed by the local authorities to stop outside the accommodation, so you will likely have to walk into town for that. Not a big issue at all.

The room is clean and well kept, the common area is not clean and disorganized. Free parking in a small parking lot on the other side of the street.

A well located but somewhat old and rundown hotel that has a remote virtual check in process with no actual staff at property. It is really only a bed to sleep in and a bathroom with no kitchen or refrigeration facilities at all. Rooms are hot with not even a fan. Good luck if issues arise as you will be dealing with someone remotely via text exchanges. Would not utilise this property again.

Great Location ….restaurants all around

I hesitate to recommend this place. There are no amenities at all. Nothing in the kitchen not even a kettle or fridge. The entrance has a coded lock which does not always work I rescued other guests as I was leaving and had to be rescued myself.Access was also difficult because the managing agent had failed to send the paperwork.Eventually sorted by phoning them but it was a stressful process

Die Lage ist perfekt um Sintra und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Das Parken ist allerdings verheerenden wenn man keinen Platz direkt gegenüber bekommt (ca. 8 Parkplätze). Allgemein ist es zu empfehlen Sintra mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln aus Lissabon zu besichtigen. Man sollte sich zumindest vorher bewusst sein, dass es mit den Auto eher hinderlich ist. Die Unterkunft selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem alles in allem ok.

Det var en pudsig og god oplevelse. Værelset var pænt og rent, men ingen steder at hænge tøj op. Udsigten var en mur, men lænede man sig lidt ud, var den spektakulær. God kontakt med kontoret via WhatsApp. God værdi for pengene

Está céntrico, es muy difícil aparcar y si quieres salir de sintra hay que dar un rodeo de unos 10 Km par volver a Sintra y tomar cualquier dirección ubicado muy mal para ir en coche. La decoración bonita pero la moqueta de la escalera muy sucia y con mal olor. La ducha atascada y el toallero suelto. Mucho ruido interior por los suelos de madera, y justo en la puerta los tuc-tuc desde las ocho de la mañana. En general no lo recomiendo. Un saludo.
