The property is old and the room I had was a bit dingy with very old furniture and fixtures. It felt safe and was quiet. Staff were friendly. The free continental breakfast advertised was just pre-packaged muffins and some oranges and apples and coffee so don’t expect a hot breakfast.

Friendly staff throughout the building. Clean room. Oreo treat & bottles of water on the desk in the room, nice touches. Still had real food on the midnight menu at the attached bar, which was greatly appreciated. The stay was short but sweet. Thanks for everything!

Breakfast was not good with old muffins and very old fruit and lukewarm coffee. No knapkins until I asked. this was the worst part of the stay

That can't be called breakfast. The small table in the hallway with the cheap snack.

Staff Was Curteous, and Room Was As Expected.

It’s a little dated but very spacious and clean rooms. The Staff is outstanding! It has everything you need, Pub, Family Restaurant and lounge. The food is excellent and the Prime Rib is amazing! It is right next to the mall so anything you need is a walk across the parking lot.

I had a dated room and hear the newer rooms are lovely. That wasn't what I had but the beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing despite the provlems with check out and needing to spend time on the phone helping them correct it that evening after I got home.

The only problem with the room was that they did not provide a hair dryer and the plug in the bathroom was not capable of handling a hair dryer. The TV also shut off on its own and couldn't get it to come on again. Came back on later on its own.
