Every thing was clean and nice

The hotel lobby and room were filled with smoke. When I contacted the front desk, the hotel employee pretended the smell wasn't there until I pointed out a fire pit in the backyard that was billowing smoke. The hotel doesn't have any seals on the windows and doors, so if someone is having fun around a fire in the backyard, you'll have a headache from inhaling smoke in the room you paid for.

Easy to park and pleasant check in. Hotel is dated and there was a stale smoke smell throughout the building.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated with Hudson Bay stripes, which was nice. I ate at one of the the attached restaurants for supper and one for breakfast - both were really good. The mountain view is beautiful and there is plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff were friendly and proactive. The room was clean ans comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great. A unique feature was the large campfire burning all evening that we sat around, feeling cozy.

Would have like healthier breakfast options like yogurt, bananas and not bakery high calorie muffins

The rooms need upgrading. Old faucets, no hooks to hang a robe/towel. Lighting is terrible. Showers to get the right temp was a challenge. The continental breakfast is a joke. Sweet caloric muffins, cookies, apples and coffee doesn’t cut it.

It is the best hotel in Grande Cache

For an older Hotel it is very well maintained and clean. Although I did not get to have a meal on the restaurant a co-worker did and said it was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

Only stayed one night...for an older hotel it has been renovated nicely, and is clean and comfortable...staff was great.

We got upgraded and the room was beautiful. Heated toilet seat was great! Had a great fire going outside! Food was excellent. Great relaxing experience

Loved the location. Hotel staff were great. The continental.breakfast was very minimum ( just muffins, cookies,coffee, couple apples , couple tuff skinned oranges) The rooms were fine but no outlets in the bathroom and only 2 in room with long extension with most things plugged in to it.
