Note to clean a note good customer service

La vigilancia hace todo tedioso, ponen trabas para todo, se complican por todo, el personal de seguridad es poco amable y resolutivo. Desayuno muy básico. Muy buena ubicación

Clean and correct and good value. We don’t have any faults!

There was no front reception. We were allocated a room that was dirty and unmade. We got a new room but it had a whole heap of issues. There was only one bowl to eat out cereal from. There were no microwave bowls to cook with no sauce pan for the cooktop, hairdryer had the wrong plug and was therefore unusable, the balcony door was not lockable, microwave so dangerously high - I had to stand on a chair to put things in an out. only one chair to sit at the dining room table, no tea towel to dry dishes, cigarette butts on the balcony but the worst problem that we were directly below the pool and the pool motor which turned on for about 10 minutes in every 40. It kept us awake, woke us up and it was so loud we could not hear the TV over it. When we complained about it, Expedia were wonderful in contacting the hotel but Expedia were told no noise coming from the hotel. When I tried to contact the hotel directly, they ignored me. Other than the above the room was spacious.

The place is well located in Microcentro and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. The room is spacious and provides basic amenities for a short stay. The only problem is the loud music that can be heard from a club nearby.

Everything about the place was amazing. Not sure why they advertise it as self check in and there not being a front desk, there is a front desk and they scan your finger to allow access into the hotel. Caused some confusion when we were under the impression the front desk didn’t exist. But the place and location were fantastic

The room was spotless, great location and very attentive staff. Will definitely stay again on my future trip to Buenos Aires

Hermoso, espectacular ubicación, bares, restaurantes, atracciones turísticas. Muy cómodo y accesible todo. Cochera a la vuelta 24 horas, excelente para viajar en familia. Recomiendo.

I really did like the pool area. I do recommend. Maybe having the pool be little heated. Even though it was very sunny out, the water was still pretty cold. However, it’s very clean.

Safe, clean and new...

Cafe da manha ruim, quase nenhuma opcao de alimentos, servidos num espaço bem pequeno (espaço de um quarto), sem talheres, pratos e tudo descartável. Colchao bem ruim tb, dois colchões de solteiro que nao paravam no lugar.

Muito bom, tudo fresco.

Nuestra experiencia (mía y de mi esposa) fue excelente. Queríamos destacar algunos puntos que nos encantaron: • La ubicación: Es sencillamente espectacular, estuvimos cerca de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas. • El departamento: Muy amplio y cómodo, con un acceso muy fácil. • La atención: Todo el personal fue sumamente cordial y atento con nosotros. Como única sugerencia constructiva, notamos que faltaba un repasador (toalla de cocina) para secar la vajilla que usamos y lavamos. Pero fuera de ese pequeño detalle, ¡todo estuvo perfecto! 💛 ¡Gracias por recibirnos y por la calidez! Sin duda los recomendaremos. Saludos,

Muito bom, da próxima vez já tenho lugar pra ficar em buenos aires

A experiência, no geral, foi boa. Os quartos são bons e a estrutura também. O ponto a melhorar é na limpeza dos quartos. Ficamos vários dias no hotel e a limpeza só foi feita no 5° dia, e porque eu pedi. Isso é um ponto muito negativo. Apesar desta falha, a equipe é bem solícita e atendeu rapidamente (ao menos no primeiro contato). O café da manhã é no estilo grab and go e bem limitado. A localização é muito boa. É possível conhecer o Obelisco, Porto Madeiro, Casa Rosada e Teatro Colón a pé.
