Very nice room design and clean place, but most of the apartments are at the ground floor slightly below ground level and there is constant humidity in the rooms.

Easy walking distance to everything, good food recommendations. Lovely terrace to enjoy the sun. Had everything we needed.

The bath room/sewer smell very bad make the entire room smell like a toilet room.

If you’re booking the studio you need to know that you will be sleeping on a pullout couch - there is no actual bed. We had some issues in the ground floor studio but management made a quick recovery and moved us to the 2nd floor one-bedroom apartment which was very nice.

The apartment was spacious for 2 and well equipped, but rather dark. We had a few minor problems but the maintenance man came and sorted everything out. Location good for walking around Seville centre.

Nice apartment. It was 10 minutes walk from Cathedral of Seville and it allowed us to walk and explore many different wonderful Streets (it is an experience in itself walking on the beautiful streets of Seville).

the apartment is in the small size considered with American standard; however, we enjoyed our stay. They emailed me regarding one sofa is broken after we left; however, that is the condition that when we arrived. No any further question was asked, it seems had been solved the problem.

The room and the location was absolutely an amazing stay! Room was super nice, clean, and modern. The apartment is very close to lots of great attractions. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service I received from the host! She was so communicative and attentive to anything I needed! Even called me a taxi to the airport the morning I left! Will definitely be staying there again :)

Great stay on our trip to Sevilla. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. From little food markets that we could go and buy food to make in the apartment to amazing dinner options as well to enjoy the city. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean, the apartment was renovated. We had a nice and quiet stay. No noise was heard and everyone was super nice. The woman who was there as well was quick to answer all of our questions, and she was always polite and friendly. We will for sure be back when we come back to Sevilla. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!!

Great location and clean property. Only disappointment was when you choose the room in Expedia it’s not the same as in the photos. It’s a very basic room for the starting price and for the same amount you can get much better elsewhere.

it was too noisy, could not sleep properly, drilling and some maintenance was also going on. There was no in person staff but by messages they did respond quickly. The studio photo was a bit deceiving in pictures when there was only a sofa bed and not a proper bedroom

Ein ganz tolles, gepflegtes Apartment! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, fast besser als zu Hause. Obwohl das Bett nur eine Schlafcouch ist, ist es sehr bequem. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
