The room and location are okay. The hospitality is good also.

The location is quite close to Pratunam, Platinum and December Market, but because there is still some distance so it is not noisy, there is an elevator, in the room there is a microwave and a dining table so it makes it easier for us to eat in the room, there is a scale suitable for those who shop a lot, the room and bathroom are clean, tidy, and big, the staff are all good and very helpful, basically satisfied will come again

The female hotel staff are friendly and pleasant.

It was great.. Only the last day there was a small creature like a flea near the window, but it was dead. We will return to Tori Primo.

This is a new hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights. It was comfortable, as it's new and all the furnishings are new. I got a room for 1,000 baht per night, which is quite affordable. It's located in a shophouse, and it looks small from the outside, but it's comfortable inside. I got a room on the 8th floor. The staff were very friendly. Prepare a deposit, as you have to pay cash (1,000 baht). Shampoo and soap are available, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. Luckily, I brought them. It's close to everything: Pratunam Market, Platinum, Big C, and Seven Eleven, all within walking distance. There's a Padang Nusantara restaurant nearby if you're looking for halal food.

Our stay here was quite good, with a friendly welcome from the receptionist, who was certainly fluent in English. The only downside was that we were on the top floor, which made it very hot and stuffy. Other than that, the hotel's strategic location (close to 7-Eleven, Pratunam Market, and food) is a plus. If we were to return, we would likely choose this hotel again, but with a request not to get a room on the top floor.

The hotel is brand new, so the furniture is all new, and it's very comfortable! The bed is large, so it's still great for traveling with kids. It was just the two of us, so it was quite spacious. The location is strategic, and the road in front of the hotel isn't crowded, so if you want to take a taxi, you can stop right in front of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly! Very helpful. There are also scales in the lobby area, so if you have a lot of purchases, you can weigh them before your flight home. If I go back to Bangkok, I'll definitely stay here again; it's very comfortable. It's a shame I didn't have time to take photos of the hotel. But it looks exactly like the one shown in the app, so don't worry 😊

I stayed during the Christmas holidays from December 22-26, 2025. My wife lost two cosmetic items. I had requested a no makeup/do not disturb room during my stay, but the housekeeping crew didn't understand English well because they were Myanmarese. They entered the room, according to CCTV evidence from the manager, claiming to see a towel in my room. The CCTV didn't clearly show (blurred out of focus) whether they took it. So I couldn't press charges further. The hotel needs to train the housekeeping crew better in communicating. The good thing for us was the friendly and cheerful attitude of the receptionists, Gee and Gleen (Filipinos), who were very helpful during check-in and check-out. If I ever go to Bangkok, this hotel will be my last choice.
