What a gem in Franschhoek - seriously amazing staff - the warm welcome we received and continuous excellent service throughout the stay makes this place - a gem! Loved the location just outside the town, with vines flowing throughout the different room sections. Loved the art throughout the estate. A wonderful opportunity to enjoy sculptures and paintings that are a living art museum. The rooms are lovely, from the coffee machine, to the comfortable beds, gorgeous tiles in the bathroom, not to mention the lovely Charoltte Rhys soaps. A comfortable bed and a balcony with two chairs to relax and enjoy the silence and beautiful mountain views. We were made to feel so welcome. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning room, so big and spacious. Brand new and very modern and luxurious, the breakfast was great the pool was great.

Great location, easy to get an uber etc to main town for wine tram or a winery. Arrived very early (930am) as had an overnight flight in. Was able to leave bags etc and use toilet/shower by gym to change and freshen up before heading back out - greatly appreciated! Room itself - roomy, clean & comfortable. Aircon working well, bed comfortable & great blackout curtains. Pool area - well maintained and relaxing. Breakfast - standard hotel offering, good kix between hot and cold, and great coffee All staff friendly and helpful. Will try book here again on my next trip!

Room was super beautiful - overall service and room quality was rather superficial. The Hotel is still rather new hence this might be a polishing effort that comes with time

Lovely stay in Franschhoek. Fairly new hotel with beautiful amenities and great location. Only issue was there weren’t power outlets in the bathroom. Otherwise a great space and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in a wonderful hotel. From lovely staff to stunning rooms. Honestly I can’t find a thing to say that’s negative.

Everything stood out, the hotel design, the beautiful rooms, every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary waters and beers and the restaurant and breakfast, all absolutely great. We will be back

It was a lovely property. Helpfully located for the vineyards via taxi. The area was under good security survelliance. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern and has a lot of art on show. Rooms were spacious and clean and the service was very good. Would definitely recommend
