Clean room; property tucked away in a rural quiet setting but very accessible to Chiang Mai city

Room was perfect! But far away from the centre. Breakfast was pretty basic. No muesli, no brown Bread, no Fresh juice and terrible coffee.

It's located in a residential area and is very private. Reception was very helpful. Housekeeping was very consistent
